Mortgage Foreclosure from Filing to Judgment Title & Conveyancing Committee Melvin A. Karas of the Massachusetts Land Court will present a technical program on mortgage foreclosure procedure from filing to judgment, including status of cases in the Land Court and recent procedural changes. In addition, there will be a discussion of errors that the Land Court frequently sees in case filings. Materials will be distributed, and there will be time to discuss cases and answer questions. |
