Bench-Bar-Clerk Meeting Set for January 25 The next Bench-Bar-Clerk meeting will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, January 25, 2007 in the conference room of the Middlesex Bar Association, on the 4th floor of the Middlesex Courthouse, 40 Thorndike Street in Cambridge. Topics we expect to take up include: 1. Chief Justice Mulligan’s directive on protective orders for trial appearances. 2. The need or desirability of standard definitions for discovery requests, and the nature of discovery disputes currently being heard by the Court. 3. Other topics raised by those in attendance.
