Bench-Bar-Clerk Meeting February 7th The Suffolk Superior Court will hold its next Bench-Bar-Clerk meeting on Wednesday, February 7, at 1 pm in the Thorndike Library of the Suffolk Courthouse at 3 Pemberton Square. Topics discussed at the meeting will include: 1. Chief Justice Mulligan's directive on protective orders for trial appearances; 2. The need or desirability of model definitions and instructions in discovery requests, and other discovery issues that are being heard in the civil sessions; 3. Other matters raised by those attending. |
