will introduce and discuss the proposed Statutory Housing Covenants, Statutory Housing Condition, and Statutory Power to Sell.  If enacted, these covenants and conditions would be available to developers of affordable housing much like the statutory mortgage covenants and conditions are currently available to lenders.  This will be an opportunity to learn and discuss the effect such a proposal will have on owners, lenders, developers and others with an interest in title.
