Litigating Closely-Held Corporation Disputes in Massachusetts Wednesday, April 25, 2007 Most business litigators must, at some point, handle a dispute involving shareholders in a closely-held corporation. Most business lawyers must, at some point, advise clients on the formation of closely-held corporations. How business lawyers create those corporations affects the strategies that are available to trial lawyers when a dispute arises.
