Congratulations Natasha Lisman Natasha Lisman, of Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen, P.C.*, has been invited by the Massachusetts chapter of the Russian-American Rule of Law Consortium, a judicial exchange program between the judiciaries of the two countries, to join the Massachusetts delegation on a visit to the Siberian city of Tomsk this month. The delegation will make presentations to Tomsk judges, lawyers, law professors and students, as well as journalists and journalism professors and students, on two topics: the relationship between the courts and the media in Massachusetts, and the common law and constitutional dimensions of the U.S. law of defamation. |
