Suffolk Superior Bench Bar Clerk Meeting

The next Suffolk Superior Court Bench-Bar-Clerk meeting will be held on Monday, June 25, 2007 at 1 pm in the Thorndike Library on the 13th Floor of the Suffolk Courthouse at 3 Pemberton Square.  Attendees are welcome to bring lunch. Chief Justice Barbara Rouse, Regional Administrative Justice John Cratsley and other members of the Court currently sitting in Suffolk will be in attendance.  Topics to be discussed include: 

• The utility of the Court’s adopting model definitions for discovery requests, of the kind set forth in Federal Rule 26.5.
  
  
• Feelings on the new Superior Court time standards and pretrial orders.
  
  
• Plans for a future discussion about the use of PowerPoint and other computer presentations at trial.
