| Probate and Family Court Judge added to panel on Removal Actions The Honorable E. Chouteau Merrill of the Suffolk Probate and Family Court has joined the panel for the BBA CLE program, Removal Actions in the Probate and Family Court. The program will take place next Tuesday, June 26 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The expert panel will discuss a variety of appellate cases that have been decided in the past year which have altered the legal landscape, starting with the Supreme Judicial Court case Mason v. Coleman. It is important for any practitioner in the Probate and Family Court to understand these cases in drafting separation agreements at the time of divorce or later when counseling a client about a removal action.
