Congratulations James Milkey
The American Bar Association has honored Assistant Attorney General James Milkey for distinguished achievement in environmental law and policy. Milkey is the Chief of the Environmental Protection Division under Attorney General Martha Coakley and a former co-chair of the BBA's Environment Law Section. The award was presented to Assistant Attorney General Milkey at the ABA's annual awards banquet in San Francisco on August 12, 2007, and recognized him for his leadership in the 2006 case Massachusetts v. EPA.
