Kudos to Richard Wiley… Kudos to Richard A. Wiley, Of Counsel at Foley Hoag LLP*. Recently, the Boys and Girls Club of America requested permission to reprint Wiley’s article, "Sarbanes-Oxley: Does it Really Apply to Non-Profit and Private Corporations?", first published in the March/April 2006 issue of the Boston Bar Journal.
