Perfecting Family Support Orders Tuesday, December 12, 20065:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Boston Bar Association RSVP Learn about child support for dual income families, how issues of disabilities for parents and children can be treated and how to craft support orders in cases that fall within the Child Support Guidelines for income but where parents essentially share parenting time. This program will also review the tax implications of allocating support between alimony and child support as well as a presentation of after tax dollars available to families.
