In this case the Court held that no compensatory takings of property occurred in the Conservation Commission's denial of a residential lot development under the local wetlands bylaw and buffer zone setback restrictions. Speakers will include: Joseph M. Hamilton of Mirick, O'Connell, DeMallie & Lougee, LLP who represented the Commission; and Michael Malamut of the New England Legal Foundation, which filed an amicus brief in the case |
