"My strategy for relieving stress on a business trip is the same as relieving stress in the hectic day to day world in which we live: Exercise! Whether it be going for a swim, a jog around a new city, working out in a fitness center or whatever, exercising is a great way to unwind from a trip and clear your mind. And that dessert at dinner will taste better, too!"

"My wife will tell you that I relieve stress (the stress of having three-and-a-half year old twins at home) by going on business trips! Actually, I try to pack workout clothes for all trips and fit in an hour at the gym or a good walk. Last month, I was in San Francisco for several days of meetings. My Blackberry and I were able to take an early morning walk from South of Market over Knob Hill to Fisherman's Wharf and back. Good start for a long day."

"My regular stress-reliever is exercise. When traveling, I look for hotels with well-equipped fitness centers and try to squeeze in an hour, even if it's in the evening, to work out. If all else fails, a good walk or a few exercises in the hotel room provide some relief." |

"My strategy for dealing with stress on the road involves keeping to my usual routine, as much possible. I try to start the day in the gym and to answer overnight e-mails and voice mails before I dive into the day.
