"What is your favorite vacation destination?"

Sanford F. Remz - Yurko, Salvesen & Remz, P.C.
"Any place far away from the office is good, particularly if I can really get away from phones, e-mail, etc. -- which is getting harder and harder to do.  With that said, I love going to Israel.  It is a beautiful country with an incredible history and with which I and my family have a deep emotional attachment."

Elizabeth A. Garner - Torpy & Garner, LLC
"My extended family goes to Lake George, N.Y. for an "old-fashioned," summer vacation.  The peacefulness of the Lake and surrounding Adirondack Mountains rejuvenates the soul.  It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.  However, for the seven kids (ages ranging from 1 to 13), it’s the activities that they enjoy, which generally include swimming, imagined adventures, board games, and just running around with their cousins.  They are undoubtedly surprised at how little they miss their video games."

Alan Einhorn - Nixon Peabody LLP
"Hawaii.  It is spectacularly beautiful, the weather is fantastic, people are friendly, and it is far far away, both physically and in terms of time zones.  As a result, it is a wonderful place for my family and me to spend uninterrupted time together, either relaxing or exploring."

Lisa M. Tittemore - Bromberg & Sunstein LLP
"My favorite vacation destination is the beach.  The beaches in Thailand (Ko Samui) and Indonesia (Bali) were terrific, and so was the beach at Sharm El-Sheikh (great snorkeling in the Red Sea).  We also love St. Barths.  Now that I have a 3 year old daughter, we love going to the beach here in Massachusetts, and try to spend at least a week each summer."

Richard L. Jones - Sullivan & Worcester LLP
"My favorite spot is St. John, in the Caribbean.  Its unspoiled beaches offer fantastic snorkeling, and there's a beautifully dingy, waterside hangout called Shipwreck Landing.  It was there, over raspberry mango coladas, that I first learned the concept of "zen chill.""

Susan L. Williams, Partners HealthCare System, Inc.
"Fiji -- the people are wonderful and the Scuba diving is amazing."
