Kudos to SABA’s Sunila Thomas-George and Navjeet K. Bal The BBA joins the South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston in congratulating two attorneys for their appointments to senior positions within the government of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Sunila Thomas-George was named Commissioner of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Navjeet K. Bal will soon be named Commissioner of Revenue for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Department of Revenue. Both women are the first South Asians to hold Commissioner positions for the Commonwealth.
