View from the Bench: Women Justices of Color Speak Wednesday, January 23, 2008 Part of the Women Bar Association's core mission is to encourage racial, gender, and geographic diversity in judicial applicants. Our goal in this presentation is to make sure that potential applicants understand the process, seriously consider applying for judicial positions, and have an opportunity to discuss the unique challenges facing women judges of color.
