Denise Casper Gets New Job Title
Denise Casper, a member of the BBA's Diversity Leadership Task Force, and a former member of the BBA Council and Boston Bar Journal Board of Editors, has been named Deputy District Attorney for Middlesex County by Middlesex DA Gerry Leone. She was formerly Chief Legal Counsel. Denise's new title better reflects the full scope of her responsibilities since she joined the DA's Executive Leadership Team in January 2007. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Lowell and Framingham Superior Court teams as well as the Appeals & Training Bureau and PACT Unit. She also co-chairs the office's internal and external diversity committees, and oversees many non-legal areas of the office, including personnel and operations.
