Goulston & Storrs Elects New Directors Martha J. Nahill Frahm, co-chair of the BBA's Tax-Exempt Organizations Committee, Cecilia T. Gordon and Peter N. Kochansky have been elected directors at Goulston & Storrs – A Professional Corporation*. Martha, a member of the firm’s Tax Group, focuses on federal and state tax planning for businesses and individuals, and represents educational institutions, academic medical centers and other charitable tax-exempt organizations. Cecilia, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, focuses on hospitality and mixed use projects, advising clients on acquisitions and dispositions, hotel management and franchise agreements, and joint ventures. Peter, a member of the firm’s real estate and public law and policy groups, represents developers in securing zoning, permitting, and other public approvals for residential, commercial and institutional mixed-use projects, and also counsels public and private clients on public policy issues.
