Ken Parsigian Honored by BU Law
Kenneth J. Parsigian, a partner in Goodwin Procter LLP’s* Litigation Department, recently received the Boston University Law 2008 Pro Bono Alumni Award. Ken was honored for his dedication to pro bono work and for his success in obtaining freedom for Kenneth Richey, a Scotsman who spent the past two decades on death row and was released from prison in December 2007 after a federal appeals court determined that there were flaws in the handling of his initial trial. Ken represents clients in both civil and criminal matters, with a focus on complex mass tort and RICO litigation, and has consistently devoted significant time and effort on behalf of those unable to afford legal representation. *BBA Sponsor Firm |
