Kudos Alicia Downey
Alicia L. Downey, an antitrust and trade regulation partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP*, has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the Council of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, effective in August. Membership on the Council is reserved for leaders of the antitrust bar who have made significant contributions to section programs and publications.
