Kudos Alicia Downey
Alicia L. Downey, an antitrust and trade regulation partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP*, has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the Council of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, effective in August. Membership on the Council is reserved for leaders of the antitrust bar who have made significant contributions to section programs and publications. Alicia, who served as co-chair of the BBA Young Lawyers Section and served on the BBA Task Force on Professional Challenges and Family Needs and the BBA Ethics Committee, has been noted for her antitrust work in the 2005-2007 editions of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, and is a frequent speaker on antitrust topics. *BBA Sponsor Firm |
