William Park appointed to ICSID panel
President George W. Bush recently announced that William ("Rusty") W. Park, a professor at Boston University School of Law, has been appointed to the panel of arbitrators at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Dispute in Washington, D.C. Rusty is the former co-chair of the BBA's International ADR Committee and the International Law Section, and has spoken frequently at BBA section meetings and events. |
