Following a presentation by Peter Lefkowitz of Oracle Corp. and Mark Schreiber of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP, co-chairs of the BBA's Privacy Law Committee, the BBA Council recently endorsed technical corrections to the Massachusetts data breach law (Chapter 93H).
