Wage and Hour Issues for the Complex Workplace

This program will address "An Act to Clarify the Law Protecting Employee Compensation," which was signed into law on April 14, 2008. The new law, which goes into effect on July 13, 2008, subjects Massachusetts employers found in violation of the state’s wage and hour laws to mandatory triple damages. Panelists will discuss the impact of this new law and its practical application, as well as other common issues in this field. This seminar is a must attend for attorneys who will be practicing in this new environment.
