Robinson & Cole Promotes

Robinson & Cole LLP* has announced the promotion of three attorneys to Counsel in the Boston office.

Caryn L. Daum is a member of the Insurance & Reinsurance practice group where her practice includes representing the firm's property insurance company clients in complex coverage litigation cases, handling matters involving commercial property, homeowners, boiler and machinery, builders risk type policies, and business litigation matters involving corporate disputes. Caryn serves as panel counsel for the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association, where she handles a variety of landlord/tenant disputes on a pro bono basis.

Kristen J. Fallon is a member of the Finance practice group where she represents various lending institutions and borrowers in connection with the financing of real estate projects, portfolio lending, construction lending, loan participations, and loan workouts and restructuring throughout the country. Kristen was recently named a "Top Corporate Lawyer" in Massachusetts by Women's Business.


Matthew J. Lawlor is a member of the Land Use group where his practice includes representing developers, landowners, commercial landlords and tenants, and advocacy groups in matters involving multifamily residential development, transit-oriented and mixed-use development, commercial real estate development and leasing, and land use and planning law. Heserves as board president and corporate counsel for the Southwest Boston Community Development Corporation, a community-based nonprofit serving the Boston neighborhoods of Hyde Park and Roslindale.
