Running for Office: A Program to Prepare and Train Minority Lawyers for Public Service, October 3-5, 2007 The American Bar Association's Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession and the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race and Justice at the Harvard Law School are sponsoring a three-day program that will prepare and train minority lawyers to run in elections for judgeships, city and county offices, city councils, school boards, state legislatures, and statewide and even federal offices. This program will take place at Harvard Law School, October 3-5, 2007. |
