Wanted! ADR Volunteers at Boston Municipal Court The BBA Boston Municipal Court ADR Task Force is currently recruiting volunteers to serve on the case conferencing and mediation panels. Volunteers on the case conferencing panel must have four year's practice in some or all of the following: civil litigation, ADR, and experience as a neutral. Volunteer mediatiors must have been through a formal court-approved mediation training program and have mediated ten or more cases. Volunteers are asked to commit three or four mornings per year. The task force will provide orientation for prospective volunteers. If you are interested in serving on the panel, please contact BMCADR@bostonbar.org. |
