Duane Morris LLP to Give Leadership Award Duane Morris LLP, a BBA Sponsor firm, has announced that it will give a $25,000 leadership award to the Reverend Gloria White-Hammond, a community activist and a pediatrician in Boston. The award will be given at an event planned for this month at the Museum of Fine Arts, and will recognize her "invaluable contributions and humanitarian achievements," particularly with regard to easing the suffering in Darfur. According to Duane Morris, White-Hammond will donate the monetary award to a group she co-founded, My Sister’s Keeper, which describes itself on its website as a "women-led, women-focused, humanitarian action group." |
