Kudos to Bill Kirchick

William Kirchick, an estate planning partner at Bingham McCutchen*, was recently honored by the Jewish Family & Children's Service Community Housing for Adult Independence (CHAI) for his efforts to improve the lives of those living with disabilities.  Bill is chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) Disabilities Trust, a pooled trust that serves adults with a wide range of mental and physical disabilities. Since 1998, Bill has provided many consumers in the CHAI program as well as other members of the community with legal services and fiduciary administration. CHAI enables adults with disabilities to live independent lives within the community. The program provides case management, skills training, supervision and emotional support for disabled adults.  Bill is a past president of the Boston Estate Planning Council and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
