MVP of the Week
In the eyes of the BBA, solo practitioner Peter Farrow has one magnificent obsession - modernizing Massachusetts homestead law. Last month his 10-year effort paid off when the BBA Council adopted the Real Estate and Bankruptcy Section's Proposed Revisions to Modernize the Homestead Statute. Peter and a multi-disciplinary team crafted a set of recommendations that represent a sound approach to the issues and true example of consensus-building. Members like Peter and his team continue to make the BBA a leader in the legal community, and for this reason, we honor him as our first BBA MVP of the Week. |
