If the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners heeds the call of the BBA to provide clear, written guidance for permitting foreign trained lawyers to sit for the bar — and in the process helps Boston law firms attract the best and the brightest from all over the world — James C. Stokes can claim credit for making it happen.
