"Where do you get your political news these days?"

Heather A. Lowe – Bingham McCutchen LLP
"The appropriately named 'Captivate Network' being shown on the elevator in our building seems to be the most attention-grabbing source of news these days. Today I learned that the US Markets are up and by how much, that Clinton and McCain currently lead in a nationwide poll, with 49% of registered Democrats nationwide indicating that they would vote for Clinton, and the Chinese government is trying to block a $2bn deal between Citigroup and the China Development Bank. Of course I also learned that a man found a pea-sized pearl in his oyster dish at a local New Jersey restaurant and that LL Cool J turned 40, critical news that clearly informs my life and work!"

Rafael Klotz – Goulston & Storrs – A Professional Corporation
"I generally get all of my news via the internet these days.  I like local newspapers, but I prefer the freedom of access the internet provides.  For political news, I (try to) read the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times online editions on a daily basis, to get both sides of the political spectrum.  If I have extra time, and depending on the news of the day, I also like to look at different blogs and links to other news services.  For international politics (and the world's view on our politics), I go to foreign sites, such as the Times of London, La Nacion (Argentina), El Pais (Spain) and The Jerusalem Post, although I rarely have time to get to these sites during the week."

Lori S. Woodward – Goodwin Procter LLP
"[My main source of political news is] CNN and the internet."
