"What is your biggest pet peeve about drivers in Boston?"

Lisa S. Burton – WilmerHale
"My biggest pet peeve with Boston drivers is that they believe if they can avoid making eye contact they can cut you off without remorse."

Elizabeth E. Kim – McDermott Will & Emery
"Too many drivers who don't keep to their lanes.  Too often, drivers go beyond the lane boundaries, either while driving, or while stopping under a red light.  In the former case, they create a safety hazard for the person driving in the opposite direction.  In the latter case, they sometimes prevent a car behind them from making a legitimate turn from an adjacent lane, the boundaries of which have been overstepped."

Matthew E. Miller – Foley Hoag LLP
"I don't know if Boston drivers are all that much worse than drivers in other areas of the country, but one challenge those of us in the Hub have to deal with that is not present in most other areas of the country is the rotary, and those drivers who seem to take the 'if I close my eyes and step on the gas at the same time nothing can hurt me' approach to entering one."
