"My first New Year’s Resolution is to keep my office (and my email inbox) in much cleaner shape. A series of document-intensive cases this past year turned my desk into a small paper fort, so my goal for 2008 is to maintain more free desk space – and a greater peace of mind for it! I'm also really looking forward to trying out my new pair of skis and getting outdoors more frequently to enjoy the winter season. Since graduating from law school in Virginia, I found that the past few winters in Boston didn't provide much motivation (or free time) to jump back into skiing, but with all the snow so far this winter, I'm excited to get out and hit the slopes again. To encourage this resolution, I'm also planning a trip out West to ski later this winter or early spring."
