Bingham McCutchen* has elected four lawyers in its Boston office to its partnership. The newly elected partners from Boston are:
Matt Applebaum (Securities) represents brokerage firms and other financial services firms in customer arbitrations, in court, and in regulatory matters.
Paul Raymond (Investment Management) focuses on the representation of open-end and closed-end funds, investment advisers, and fund directors.
Adrian Shulman (Corporate, M&A & Securities) has a broad range of experience in private and public company merger and acquisition and joint venture transactions as well as equity and debt financing.
Stephen Tirrell (Investment Management) is actively involved in structuring domestic and international hedge funds and providing continuing legal and regulatory advice to hedge fund managers, both entrepreneurial and institutional.
