| Get the latest information on LLC's and FLP's Current Issues in LLC's and FLP's Wednesday, January 21, 2009 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Estate planning, family and tax attorneys must be familiar and knowledgeable about the variety of vehicles available to their clients. This comprehensive program will focus on limited liability companies and family limited partnerships, and will cover the most up-to-date and practical techniques to use when planning and administering a clients estate. Expert panelists will discuss the substantive issues in these matters, such as how to determine which business entity best suits the needs of the client. They will also discuss how to implement the business entity, and the pros and cons of each situation. Attendees will hear about recent case law where the courts either upheld the validity of the family entity or, alternatively, where the entity was found to be invalid.
