This comprehensive program will focus on limited liability companies and family limited partnerships, and will cover the most up-to-date and practical techniques to use when planning and administering a clients estate. Expert panelists will discuss the substantive issues in these matters, such as how to determine which business entity best suits the needs of the client. They will also discuss how to implement the business entity, and the pros and cons of each situation.
