Foley Hoag Names New Partners Foley Hoag* has announced that four attorneys have been elected to partner. Pat A. Cerundolo’s administrative law, litigation and regulatory practice involves representing both private and public sector clients in a variety of local, state and federal regulatory concerns. Mark A. Haddad advises start-up companies – primarily those in the cleantech, high tech and life sciences sectors – on corporate formation, venture capital financing, and general corporate matters. Andrew B. Loewenstein focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation/arbitration and government investigations, with expertise in international disputes. Colin J. Zick practice is focused on health care and compliance issues, and often involves the intersection of those two subjects in administrative proceedings or litigation.
