Kudos Rick Pedone
Richard C. Pedone, a partner at Nixon Peabody* has been named Fellow by INSOL International, International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals, upon his successful completion of the Global Insolvency Practice Course. Rick, a past speaker at the BBA, concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and financial restructuring. He was one of nineteen other professionals from the International Finance Corporation, global accounting and advisory firms and other law firms who participated in the program. The goal of the program was to equip financial and legal professionals with the accounting, legal and practical tools to tackle cross-border insolvency issues, whether transactional or contentious.
