Bingham McCutchen has named four new partners at its Boston office.

Matt Applebaum (securities group) will focus on representing brokerage firms and other financial services firms in customer arbitrations, in court and in regulatory matters. |

Paul Raymond (investment management group) will focus on the representation of open-end and closed-end funds, investment advisers and fund directors. |

Adrian Shulman (corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities group) will focus on private and public company mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions as well as equity and debt financing. |

Stephen Tirrell (investment management group) will focus on structuring domestic and international hedge funds and providing continuing legal and regulatory advice to hedge fund managers, both entrepreneurial and institutional. |
