Hinckley, Allen & Snyder has announced that Robert V. Lizza and John P. Connelly have joined the firm as partners in its Construction and Public Contracts Group. Bob concentrates his practice in construction law, with an emphasis on dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation, risk management counseling, and general business advice to contractors, owners, lenders, sureties and designers. John’s practice is focused in civil litigation (trial and appellate) with an emphasis on construction matters, and he represents clients in matters involving commercial, real estate, professional liability and insurance coverage disputes, as well as surety and fidelity bonds. |
