Nixon Peabody Names New Business Litigation and Intellectual Property Leaders
Nixon Peabody has announced that partner Timothy W. Mungovan has been selected to lead the firm’s Financial Services & Securities Litigation practice group, and that partners Marc S. Kaufman and David S. Resnick will lead the firm’s Patents group. Tim focuses his practice on business litigation matters with a special emphasis on alternative investments disputes and securities litigation. David focuses his practice in strategic patent prosecution, due diligence, freedom-to-operate and associated client counseling. Marc, a partner in Washington D.C. specializes in assisting clients in managing their intellectual property assets.
