Yurko, Salvesen & Remz, which will be celebrating its 15th year in 2009, recently elected Douglas W. Salvesen as the firm’s new President, succeeding founder Richard J. Yurko, who held the position for over 14 years and is stepping down to focus on his litigation practice and his charitable and business interests. Doug, a trial attorney specializing in business litigation, joined the firm in 1996.
