Ten Sponsors Lead with Early Commitment to BBA Summer Jobs Program Ten law firms and law departments have already committed to sponsoring a high school student in one of the most respected diversity pipeline initiatives in Boston, the BBA Summer Jobs Program. The BBA has run this 8 week, paid internship program every summer since 1993. The program has introduced hundreds of teenagers to the legal profession.
BBA Summer Jobs Steering Committee Co-chairs are Paula Andrews (Hinkley Allen & Snyder) and Jeffrey Jones, of Edwards Angel Palmer & Dodge. Serving on the steering committee are: Elaine Carmichael (DLA Piper); Lisa Cukier (Burns & Levinson); Ian Crawford (Todd & Weld); Matthew Epstein (Goulston & Storrs); George Field (Verrill Dana); Giselle Joffre (Ropes & Gray); and William Sinnott (Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston).
