Hinckley, Allen & Snyder has announced that Jennifer V. Doran has been named partner and Thomas H. Curran has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate and Business Group. Jennifer focuses her practice on business law, with an emphasis on insolvency and bankruptcy matters for privately held businesses, commercial transactions, non-profit entities and creditors’ rights. Thom joins the firm with more than 20 years experience with bankruptcy and insolvency matters, regularly representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings as well as financial institutions and other lenders in out-of-court loan restructurings. |
