Mitchell Kaplan Nominated to Superior Court Judgeship
Mitchell Kaplan, a partner at Choate Hall & Stewart* and chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation Group, has been nominated by Governor Patrick to become a Superior Court Judge. Chair of the BBA Amicus Committee, a former BBA Council Member, and a past co-chair of the Delivery of Legal Services Section, Mitch has directed Choate’s pro bono program for 15 years, is a director of the Greater Boston Legal Services, and is a member of the board of advisors of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights. *BBA Sponsor Firm |
