Bringing home four awards from the International Financial Law Review’s recent annual awards dinner has Weil Gotshal riding high. Private Equity Deal of the Year, the award for the firm’s work on Advent International’s acquisition of Dominican airports manager Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo is particularly interesting for those of us here in Boston. Included on the team doing that deal are Kevin Sullivan, a partner, and Ramon Mercedes, an associate, both of Weil Gotshal’s Boston office. The three other awards are Exclusive Americas Law Firm of the Year, M&A Deal of the Year, and Exclusive M&A Team of the Year. Keep up the good work!
