5 Women at Sponsor Firms Named in Women’s Biz Top 10

Congrats to the five women at BBA Sponsor Firms have been named to Women’s Business magazine’s Top 10 Lawyers.

Arlene L. Bender is a partner at Foley Hoag who has a wide-ranging corporate practice that focuses on representing borrowers and portfolio companies, as well as lenders and investors, in financing transactions.
Julia Satti Cosentino is a partner at Nutter McClennen & Fish who focuses on counseling both public charities and private foundations on organizational structure and operation, including fundraising, grantmaking, tax compliance and reporting, and strategic planning. She is also a mentor in the group mentoring program recently launched by the BBA Diversity and Inclusion Section.
Julie E. Korostoff, a partner at Mintz Levin, regularly represents clients in the acquisition, licensing and disposition of technology and other intellectual property assets.

Maureen Mulligan, a partner at Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and general business disputes in the areas of corporate and professional liability, banking and finance, insurance, technology and intellectual property issues. She is also co-chair of the BBA Litigation Section.

Patricia Saint James is a partner at Looney & Grossman and a past co-chair of the BBA Family Law Section who specializes in the area of domestic relations.
