Dechert’s New Partner
Christopher P. Harvey has joined Dechert’s Boston office as a partner in the financial services group. Chris focuses his practice on the investment management industry, working with major investment managers and other financial institutions and with independent mutual fund directors. He has extensive experience with all sectors of the U.S. market, including SEC-registered open- and closed-end funds, private funds, hedge funds, and separate managed accounts. He also counsels investment advisers and broker-dealers on a variety of corporate and securities matters. |
