Martin M. Fantozzi has been elected co-managing director of Goulston & Storrs. Marty joins co-managing director Douglas M. Husid, and assumes the role formerly held by Kitt Sawitsky, who successfully guided the firm with Doug for nearly a decade. Marty has 15 years of experience and focuses on litigation matters including land use, zoning, construction and other real property related disputes, commercial disputes, employment matters, and disputes among stockholders, partners and members of limited liability companies. Kitt will continue as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Business Group. Doug has far-ranging expertise in real estate development, public and private finance, statutory, regulatory and financing issues in the transportation field, and legislation. |
