Foley & Lardner Adds Patent Litigation Team Foley & Larder has announced that Matthew B. Lowrie, Aaron W. Moore, and Robert J. Silverman have joined the firm’s Boston office. Prior to joining Foley, Matt was a founding partner of intellectual property boutique Lowrie, Lando & Anastasi in Cambridge, where Aaron and Bob were also partners. Matt focuses his practice in the areas of patent litigation, counseling and the patent acquisition process. Aaron’s practice includes patent and trademark prosecution and counseling, drafting infringement and patentability opinions, as well as patent, copyright, and trademark litigation. Bob’s s practice emphasizes all aspects of intellectual property litigation with experience that includes patent counseling, prosecution, and drafting infringement and patentability opinions. |
