Choate, Hall & Stewart Welcomes New Associate
Choate, Hall & Stewart recently announced that Christine O’Connor has joined the firm as a Senior Associate in its Litigation Department, where she will continue to focus her practice in the areas of complex securities litigation, investigations and proceedings brought by government enforcement agencies, and corporate governance and officer and director liability. She was named a 2008 Massachusetts Rising Star in the areas of securities litigation, business litigation, and general litigation and has extensive experience representing companies and their management in a range of industries against allegations of financial improprieties, antitrust violations, and backdating of stock options. |
